1. Who we are
Mirai Language Academy is operated by MiraiWorks OÜ (Estonia, EU). By booking a lesson or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide one-on-one online language instruction and exam preparation coaching via video call. Lesson times are agreed at booking.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe and may be made by card, Alipay, or WeChat Pay. Invoices for B2B clients are issued by MiraiWorks OÜ. Prices are displayed in USD, EUR, or RMB depending on your location, and the displayed currency is the one charged at checkout.
4. Cancellation & rescheduling
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In brief: lessons cancelled with ≥24 hours notice may be rescheduled at no charge.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to attend sessions on time, maintain a respectful environment, and not record sessions without written consent.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials provided by Mirai Language Academy are for your personal use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee specific exam results. Our liability is limited to the value of lessons purchased.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia (EU). Disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts, or through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
