Refund & Cancellation Policy

Diagnostic sessions

The 45-minute diagnostic session is a paid session and is credited toward your first lesson package if purchased within 30 days. Cancellations follow the same policy as paid lessons below.

Paid lessons — cancellation

  • ≥24 hours notice: lesson may be rescheduled at no charge, or credited to your account.
  • <24 hours notice: the lesson is forfeited. Exceptional circumstances (illness, emergency) considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us.
  • No-show (no notice): lesson is forfeited.

Paid packages — refunds

  • Unused lessons in a package may be refunded on a pro-rated basis if requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • After 30 days, packages are non-refundable but unused lessons remain valid for 6 months.

How to cancel or request a refund

Email hello@mirailanguage.com or message us on WeChat with your booking details. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.

Technical issues

If a lesson cannot proceed due to a technical fault on our side, it will be rescheduled at no charge or fully refunded.
